My favorite beach is Honeymoon Island in Dunedin, Florida. It has something for everyone, including a dog beach and a ferry to nearby Caladesi Island. When I visit I park at the far north lot and walk to the very north end of the island. After a few hundred yards I pretty much have the island to myself. The beach is narrow and rocky in some areas and wide and sandy in others. Usually a pod of dolphins passes me along the way.
